THE REASON FOR THIS IS SO WHILE RIDING THE KIDS DONT ACCIDENTLY BUMP THE SHIFTER AND PUSH THE VEHICLE OUT OF OR INTO GEAR. IN DOING THIS THE FACTORY SHIFT KNOB DOESNT FIT THROUGH THE PATTERN SO WE MANUFACTURED A SHIFT KNOB AND POST THAT ALLOWS FOR THE SHIFT KNOB TO BE MOUNTED AFTER INSTALLATION OF THE SHIFT GATE ASSEMBLY.
THE SHIFT GATES ARE AVAILABLE IN RAW AND WE OFFER THE POWDER COLOR MATCHING FACTORY RED, GREY OR WHITE BUT WILL TAKE A FEW EXTRA DAYS IF YOU NEED THE COLOR.
THE SHIFT KNOBS ARE BLACK WITH POST ANODIZED MACHINING.
